February 3, 2016. Four more days and I'll be here for one month.
I have a podcast assignment for one of my courses - History and Memory. It entails short travel, a podcast series, London, and getting in touch with your feelings (apparently). Oh, and a lengthy essay due at the end of the month when I'll be traveling in Ireland...at least I visited the site I'll be analyzing?
Brick Lane. London's East End; a multiculturally historic neighborhood, layered with memories of religion, violence, and community. Fine - I've already started doing the research for this essay.
Since I won't be able to incorporate my photographs - here a select few from my Thursday morning (January 28, 2016) in East London / Brick Lane.
